SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text message communications between JA Vinder Corp, doing business as Vinder Logistics ("Vinder Logistics," "we," "us," or "our"), and any person who receives text messages from us. They supplement, and do not replace, our Shipper Agreement Policies and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program description

Vinder Logistics is a licensed transportation broker arranging the shipment of machinery, equipment, vehicles, and oversized freight within the United States. We send text messages to:

• Respond to quote requests with pricing for freight transportation.
• Provide updates on active shipments, including pickup, transit, and delivery status.
• Send contract signature links, invoices, and payment confirmations to existing customers.

Every message we send relates to a quote you asked us for or a shipment we are arranging for you.

2. How you consent to receive messages

We send text messages only to people who have given us express consent in one of these ways:

• You submit a quote request at vinderlogistics.com and check the optional box agreeing to receive text messages from Vinder Logistics. The form can be submitted without checking the box; checking it applies to text messages only.
• You verbally agree during a phone call with a Vinder Logistics representative, when asked whether you would like to receive your quote and shipment updates by text. Your consent is noted on your contact record with the date, and the call recording is retained.
• You are an existing customer and, when asked by your broker, agreed to receive shipment updates by text. The agreement is noted on your account record.

A phone call is always our first contact with a new prospect — we never send a text message before you have agreed to receive one. We do not purchase, rent, or scrape contact lists. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your activity. Quote conversations are typically a small number of messages. Customers with an active shipment may receive more frequent updates while the shipment is in transit.

4. Cost

Vinder Logistics does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply under your plan with your mobile carrier.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from Vinder Logistics. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REMOVE, and OPTOUT. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

Opt-out requests are recorded in a suppression list that is checked at the moment any message is sent, and that applies across every sender, number, and campaign we operate.

6. How to opt back in

Reply START, UNSTOP, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to resume receiving messages.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of any particular message is not guaranteed. Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers; carrier support may change without notice.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information, including mobile numbers, is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share mobile numbers only with service providers that transmit messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

10. Service terms

Terms governing the transportation services themselves — including quotes, payment, cancellation, claims, liability, and refunds — are set out in our Shipper Agreement Policies, which are incorporated here by reference.

11. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision.

12. Governing law

These SMS Terms are governed by federal law where applicable, and otherwise by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the State of Florida.
